Not retraining, but learning.<br/>

<p>David <span>Armano</span>, in his post, <a href="http://darmano.typepad.com/logic_emotion/2006/06/creativity_2e.html">Logic+Emotion: Creativity 2.E</a>, lays down some solid guidance for adapting to a world that constantly demands better solutions. It&#8217;s the sequel to the Total Quality Management era. Whereas in <span>TQM</span>, the goal was to make something <a href="http://sethgodin.typepad.com/seths_blog/2005/06/the_seduction_o.html">good enough</a>, then flood the market with the resulting product or service, Creativity 2.E thrives when people from multiple disciplines play in other people&#8217;s disciplines. He&#8217;s dead on, noting that in order for this to work, &#8220;Ego’s need to be unlearned.&#8221;</p>
